Supervisory Board

Željko Perić, President of the Supervisory Board

Željko Perić was born in 1958. He graduated in 1982 from Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. During his business career he completed numerous professional seminars and trainings at business schools, educational centres and investment banks such as Harvard Business School, Boston; IMD, Lausanne; IEDC, Bled; Management Centre Europe, Bruxelles; UBS, Zurich, etc.
From 1984 till 1990 he worked in Ingra, at realization of complicated investment projects in foreign countries. In the period from 1990 till 1992 he worked as senior advisor at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia in Department for economic relations with foreign countries. By the middle of 1992 he returned to work in the economy and transferred to Hidroelektra d.d., as financial director. In 1993 he went to Pliva to the position of engineering director. In 1996 he was promoted to the position of financial director of Pliva. He became a member of the Board of Pliva at the end of 1999. In 2002 he became President of Board in Lura d.d. (today Dukat).
Early in the year 2005 he founded his own consultant company Caper d.o.o., specialized in consulting for projects of acquisitions and mergers. Željko Perić is President of Supervisory Boards of Nexe grupa d.d. Našice, Našicecement d.d. Našice, and a member of Supervisory Boards of Atlantic Group d.d., B-Net Croatia and Banco Popolare Croatia. He is a member of Advisory Board of Silkroutefinancials from London and of Programme council of Zagreb School of Economics and Management.

Željko Lukač, Vice-President of the Supervisory Board 

Željko Lukač was born in 1969 in Zagreb. He graduated in 1993 from University Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton, Texas, USA in marketing and finances. In 1995 he received his Master's Degree in MBA at University Texas in Austin. After receiving his Master's Degree, he co-founded the Sherwood Construction company, a company that positioned itself well on the construction market and benefited from rapid real estate market development in the Austin region. In the middle of the year 1996 he sold his stake in the company and returned to Croatia, where he joined a leading Croatian insurance company Croatia osiguranje d.d. In pursuit of faster career advancement in February 1997 he went to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development where he started working as a financial analyst. In the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development he worked as a chief banker in the EBRD Office in Zagreb, and was responsible for various loan and equity investment projects in the sectors of construction materials, food processing, tourism and pharmaceutical industry.
Currently he is working as President of the Board of the company Metronet Telecommunications Inc., where he is responsible for the implementation of business plan and coordination of Board Members. He is also a director and partner in the company Quaestus Private Equity Partners Ltd.. Quaestus Private Equity Partners Ltd. is a management company that manages two venture capital investment funds with a private offering:Quaestus Private Equity Capital I and II. Investors in funds are only successful Croatian companies and pension funds that have entrusted Quaestus with more than 105 million Euros.
Mr. Lukač is also vice-president of Supervisory Boards in Nexe grupa d.d. Našice and Našicecement d.d. Našice, he is President of Supervisory Board in the company Osteon d.d. and a member of Supervisory Boards in the companies Hospitalija trgovina d.o.o. and Luka Dubrovnik d.d.

Oleg Uskoković, Member of the Supervisory Board

Oleg Uskoković was born in 1966.  He graduated from the Faculty of law at Zagreb University in 1994 as a law graduate. He has more than 20 years working experience in his profession. He has been a partner at law firm 'Uskoković i partneri d.o.o.' for 17 years.  

His experience and  professional competences refer to law important for corporate clients (such as corporate and commercial law, finances, arbitrage and law suits, labour law, etc.). In the last 17 years he has  structured, implemented and/or provided legal support for substantial number of acquisitions, mergers, divisions and equity increase, joint ventures, investments, restructuring, public tenders, legal due diligence, issue of securities and wide range of contracts, litigations and arbitration proceedings.   

Oleg Uskoković is a member of supervisory board of  Nexe grupa d.d. Našice, Našicecement d.d Našice and  Medika d.d. Zagreb.
